999dd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999dd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers, accesses, or uses the services available at 999dd.club. These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting, bonus claims, and customer support interactions.

By accessing or using the 999dd Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 999dd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 999dd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any single requirement renders your account and any associated activity void and subject to closure without notice.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly prohibits underage gambling. 999dd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where age verification cannot be confirmed.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or commercial entity.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or shareholder of 999dd or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 999dd Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. 999dd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3. You must notify 999dd immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity. Notification must be made via the official support email address listed on the Platform.
4. 999dd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or any activity inconsistent with fair play.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999dd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The Platform supports local mobile financial services as its primary payment infrastructure. 999dd does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

999dd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made available.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. No bonus may be claimed by a player who has self-excluded, has a restricted account, or does not meet the stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
2. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a specified game, coin value, and expiry period. Any winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 999dd Platform. Game-specific rules may also apply and will be displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.

1. All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the transaction is completed except where expressly permitted under an applicable in-play cash-out feature or where 999dd determines that a bet was placed in error due to a technical fault.
2. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session or live bet, 999dd will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. The Platform's records of all transactions shall be considered definitive in any dispute unless demonstrably erroneous.
3. Cricket betting odds are set by 999dd's pricing team or third-party data providers and may fluctuate before an event begins. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension during key moments such as wickets, boundaries, or review decisions. Bets placed at a stated price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent market movement.
4. Casino game outcomes on the 999dd Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the game's software supplier. 999dd does not control individual game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999dd Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

999dd reserves the right to suspend or close any account with immediate effect where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for prohibited purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 999dd support via the official email address. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements and no open bets, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have self-excluded may not reopen an account during the self-exclusion period.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999dd, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in pricing or odds publication.

999dd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party provider outages may affect service availability. 999dd will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy and Data

999dd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer. 999dd does not sell personal data to third parties and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

12. Amendments to These Terms

999dd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 999dd will endeavour to provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
